He has been invited as distinguished speaker at various seminars, conferences and has been the receipt-ant of various prestigious awards like, Konark, Zee Quiz, Education Excellence award etc to name a few. He has authored various articles for some of the leading magazines in the field of education and child care. He is a ‘Teacher’ by heart and has built many intellectual academic content specifically for his students.

An expert on various subjects, he is a firm believer of complete 360 degree holistic education to a child covering Body, Mind and Soul. To cover up the third part, he teaches Sad-Vidya (Value Education) in his free time. Sad-Vidya (Value Education) is one subject which will differentiate between leaders and followers. This is the subject in which he covers topics like Mind-meditation-Memory Techniques, soft skills, presentation, communication, leadership, society, community, country , human beings... to name a few.

Coming from the background of family consisting of teachers, Principals, academicians, writers, government officers and freedom fighters he started his career at one of the Fortune 500 companies – ‘Citi’ way back at the dawn of this century. Later he moved to Bangalore, the silicon valley of India. Before starting his dream teaching project – ‘Sorsfort’ he contributed to Infosys at Moscow, Dubai, Lagos, London to name some of the few places. Under his able teachings, guidance and mentorship, 1000’s of students and parents and teachers have got benefited in not only educating their child but also giving them a direction. As the ‘Head Teacher’ of the ‘Academic Research Team (ART)’ at Sorsfort, he is consistently researching and evolving the new innovating learning methodologies for students. Some of his unique academic projects which has benefited thousand of students are and has given edge and respect to the new generation teachers are Parent Partnership Program (PPP), Parent Teacher Home Visit (PTHV), Cloud classroom, StarsLearn report card and Chess as Curriculum.
